Collaborating with the ANZ team to implement Business Conduct practices within the ANZ affiliate and to ensure a high degree of alignment and consistency.
Collaborating with Business Conduct teams across Gilead on policy, practices, and training.
Ensuring that the ANZ affiliate understand the why behind Gilead’s business conduct requirements and the areas of potential risk.
Advice on points of interpretation for business conduct requirements and required internal approval processes.
Participate in the approval of high-risk activities and promotional materials for the ANZ affiliate associated with Gilead’s interactions with HCPs, community and decision makers, including sales, marketing, medical education, community and payer interactions.
Supports periodic Business Conduct audits and ongoing monitoring of compliance of events and materials.

Fully qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in Australia.
Over 6 years of legal experience.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech or other highly regulated industries .
