Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed.
Optimize site performance, including database tuning, caching, and other performance optimization techniques.
Implement security best practices, such as securing user data, protecting against vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues related to Drupal, PHP, MySQL, and web hosting environments.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in Drupal and related technologies, contribute to the Drupal community, and make recommendations to improve the project.a
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in full stack Drupal development, with a deep understanding of Drupal 8/9/10.
Expert-level experience with Drupal 8/9, and proficient experience with Drupal 10.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep into complex issues and provide viable solutions.
Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers
Strong proficiency in Drupal APIs, module/theme development, architecture, and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of PHP, Symfony framework, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML, and other related technologies.
Experience with Apache Solr.
Understanding of web security best practices and experience in implementing security measures in Drupal sites.
Experience with enterprise-level multisite Drupal project development and enterprise level cloud hosting platforms (Acquia, Acquia Site Factory, Pantheon) is preferred.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience with Git version control and deployment workflows.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality and maintainability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
