ADM a global leader in human and animal nutrition, has been named a Top Employer 2024 in Europe, China, Singapore and Brazil by the Top Employers Institute, a worldwide authority in recognizing excellence in people practices. The recognition marks the third consecutive year that ADM has earned a Top Employer award in Europe, the second year in a row in China and Singapore, and the first time in Brazil.

The Top Employers Institute's certification program enables organizations to assess and improve the workplace environment, benchmark performance against the global Top Employers Institute standard and highlights best practices. The awards are given to organizations based on data gathered from participating companies in the HR Best Practices Survey, which covers key HR themes.
